Obay - Returns Policy

This Returns Policy is part of, subject to and incorporated by reference to the Obay – Terms and Conditions which is otherwise available here.

Unless:

i. you notify Seller to the contrary by email within twenty-one (21) days of purchase of any Products; and

ii. such notification is confirmed by return email within seven (7) days of its receipt by Seller; and

iii. the Products are unopened and in their original condition and packaging (including with all manuals, warranty cards and accessories that accompanied the Product), the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you.

If any Product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description then please contact us by email at info@obay.com.au and one of our Customer Service Team will assist with your request. Obay will offer a replacement Product, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

In the event a Product or shipment is delivered in a damaged state, you are required to take (and provide to Obay) photos of the state of the Product or shipment.

In the event you are required to return a Product to Obay under this Returns Policy, you are required to contact Customer Support Centre at Obay prior to shipping any Product back to Obay. In the event your return is accepted, you will be supplied with a unique identifier – without this, your return may not be able to be processed or located.

Products sought to be returned beyond 21 days of purchase may not qualify for a refund and/or may incur additional costs.

For any Products that are considered as food, treats or are edible and are opened – exchanges and/or returns are not able to be satisfied due to strict health policies and applicable laws and regulations.

We will evaluate your return request and send you full return instructions and return address. The postage cost for the return will be borne by the Customer except where Obay subsequently deems the returned Product faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or that it does not match the description on the Site in which case Obay will refund the postage cost to the Customer.
